Shipping Process
After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation. This means that the order has started being processed, which typically takes 1 - 2 working days (Monday - Friday). If you place your order before 15:00 GMT, we will start working on it the same day. Once that's done, we will hand over the order to be delivered to you and also we will send you an email containing tracking information. You can expect your order to arrive within 5 - 7 working days (Monday - Friday). Currently we offer free delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Delays
Due to many circumstances a protentional delays can occur, which we apologize for. However, it is something that we can't control. If you package does not arrive withing the maximum delivery timeframe, please give it another 3 business days (Monday - Friday). Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@levuni.uk. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and you will need to follow our return procedure once the item arrives.
