Order processing typically takes 1 - 2 working days (Monday - Friday) and then another 5 - 7 working days (Monday - Friday) before the order is delivered to you. For details please see our Shipping Policy.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items without giving us any reason. After this period we won't accept the returns anymore. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more information.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. Your refund will then be processed to your original payment method. This usually takes up to 7 days. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Yes, just contact us at info@levuni.ukwith details about the item you’d like to exchange. We’ll guide you through the exchange process. Bear in mind that you can only exchange unused items, with all the original tags attached and you have 30 days from the delivery date to do so.
